I had read their previous book and enjoyed it a lot. This book build on top of the previous one focused on the organization of the individual leader interacting with his team. In this case it goes to the practices that must be followed as an Organization. This one discusses what I would name "'he Operating System" for a business on top of which your companies actual operations can occur. I call this book "the book of best business practices".I am already creating my PPT Slides of the information learned to use in my organization.
Every organization should have one of these decks as part of their operating plans. Also a smaller deck is to be used in day-to-day ops.
